Added a QR Code Scanner widget. The widget is a button that brings up a QR code scanning interface when pressed. Using the Layout tool, you can define which QR codes are used in your app and what each of them should do. Additionally you can show the QR code images on screen, and print them out for later use. Files with international characters in their names can be used in your app. Previously this caused errors in the Files tool.
