Thanks for your patience. We have tracked down the problem to the way in which Chrome sets the size of SVG elements inside an iframe. I have logged the issue with the Chromium team. Hopefully, it will be resolved in the next release of Chrome. In the meantime, we will develop a workaround for AppFurnace.

An update on this problem. The underlying issue has entered the qualification process with the Chromium team so will hopefully receive attention soon. While waiting, we have tried a number of ways to work around the issue but have so far been unable to do so with satisfactory results. :-(

Consequently, we have disabled the Location tool and the map component of the preview tool in the affected version of Chrome. Of course, if your app is not location-aware, you won't be affected. If, however, you do need the location capabilities then please use Safari until the issue is resolved.

Another update - the latest beta version of Chrome (16.0.912.21) fixes the underlying problem affecting AppFurnace. It should become the stable version in a few weeks and be automatically installed on your machine. In the meantime, if you are confident using beta versions, you can download Chrome 16.0.912.21 from here. Be sure to read the section entitled "What should I do before I change my channel?" on that page before installing the beta.

The released version of Chrome has now reached 16.0.912.63 and this issue has disappeared. Please ensure your version of Chrome has updated.
